Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a shower room accessible to the disabled, a reception counter, interior doors and windows, and suspended ceilings all per aproved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. A ZONING CERTIFICATE WAS ISSUED TO ALLOW THIS USE UNTIL FEBRUARY 6, 2001 PENDING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. PC-892-00 **CJW**
