*MCFAIN & ASSOCIATES - NEW TENANT* To occupy a 2,120 sq. ft. portion of the existing 12,011 sq. ft. third floor area (plus 617sq.ft. open atrium area, previously occupied by NATUREMARK, 1998 remodel of entire floor), for use as an office. To construct a new one hour tenant separation wall betwenn this new tenant space and future space, Suite #340. To relocate door for accessibility compliance within a new room created to be used for a BREAK ROOM per application. A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY USE OR OCCUPANCY OF THIS SPACE. Permanent occupancy dependant upon completion of 1-hour exit enclosure from Northeast stair to exerior per 'Letter of Agreement' & 8-1/2" x 11" plans (copy attached) and storage removal from under stairs. The 1-hour stair enclosure system is the required exit system to serve this tenant and floor and SHALL be in compliance with code. NOTE: THIS BUILDING IS FULLY SPRINKLED & SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS SUBSTITUTE FOR 1-HOUR CONSTRUCTION.
