DETERMINED THAT THREE NEW TENANT WERE PROPOSED TO OCCUPY THE PREVIOUSLY ONE TENANT 3RD FLOOR OF GREYSTONE BLDG, NATUREMARK, REVIEWED & APPROVED IN MAY 1998. THERE IS NOW RECORD OF PLAN SUBMITTALS OR APPLICATION BY ANY OF THE TENANTS TO DIVIDE THE SPACE INTO THREE INDIVIDUAL SPACE. wES WAS INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THREE SEPARATE SETS OF PLANS & APPLICATION AND THE REVIEW OF THE FILE BROUGHT OUT THE 2 YEAR TIME FRAME AGREEMENT FOR CODE UPGRADE OF THE NORTHEAST STAIR ENCLOSURE EXTENSION AND REMOVAL OF STORAE AND STORAGE SPACE FROM UNDER THE STAIR ENCLOSURES. IT WAS AGREED THAT THE CONDITIONS WOULD BE ADDED TO THE FIRS PERMIT, HOOPER & CORNELL, SUITE 300, FOR COMPLETION AS A CONDITION OF OCCUPANCY BY ALL THREE TENANTS. THE 2-YEAR PERIOD WAS UP MAY 6, 2000.
