Meeting  11/26/2000  
Met with all parties involved with the developement and occupancy of warehouse #7, #8, & #9. There has been code violations within this particular warehouse and the adjoining units for several years. We have been installing a sprinkler system in all three for the past several months to provide coverage for high piled storage. The PAM oil co. has been in violation for hazardous products & no Certificate of Occupancy has been obtained and the plans for review and permit thart were to be provided almost a year ago have never transpired. All additional projects are on hold and the fire department went to the site and served all tenants without C.O. with a warning to obtain one in 30 days. This prompted this meeting. I have letters from the architect of record to be signed by the property owner & from Pam Oil that plans will be presented by the 27 of October for review and alll other tenants will meet the deadlines. OEC has 30 days from the 8 of November to finish there project & obtain a C.O. They moved into a portion of the previous Pam Oli spaces and have been occupying without a final. Based on these letters I will now issue the demo pernmit and proceed to review the vanilla finish plans.
