12-13-2000. after reviewing plans additional information will be required. contacted builder and due to the weather conditions, project is being rescheduled for 12-18-2000. have contacted dakota design and will red-line missing section call-outs. addendums will be resubmitted concerning missing bearing, bearing alignement and detail for 2nd floor frame at linen closet. after phone conversation with lee harrison (structural engineer), re-inforcing for footings can be red-lined on stamped foundation plan. addendums will be submitted addressing design strength for concrete and tall wall framing.
