Inspected and approved. Area on corner had been disturbed. DRH had this area as a do not disturb. George Maxwell, ###-####, said that Idaho Power and improperly located their underground power line 30' outside their easement. In relocating the line, Idaho Power disturbed this area and did not refurbish. Property owners are dealing with this issue.
