The back up generator to be located within a 7 foot high block unroofed enclosure. Work will also include closing office one exterior door to tenant Space130 in adjacent building. Above ground fuel tank requires a conditional use and Fire Department approval. Generator to provide backup power for Washington Group International tenant space in adjacent building. NOTE: Occupant load analysis provided for Ste. 130 to substantiate only one exit required for tenant space. Therefore, closing off door on east side for this work is acceptable.
