To demolish an existing dwelling and garage and construct 193 lineal feet of concrete footing and foundation wall for installation of a manufactured home. A 213 sq. ft. covered redwood deck to be constructed on the front of the home. Per approved plans on file. Work to also include the construction of a 1200 sq. ft. detached garage, with a paved driveway. Garage siding, soffits and shingles to match and be of like materials of new dwelling. NOTE: Demolition of existing dwelling and garage required by CZC00-00107 and as both structures extend across property line recorded under Record of Survey #5195. Existing structures must be demolished (BLD00-03688) within 120 days of final of the manufactured home and garage must be completed within an additional 30 days. $7,500 bond on file to cover demolition. Mr. Lyman informed me that Mr. Depple didn't allow Cross Town Movers to enter property and remove personal property and that he had also retained an attorney, Jim Jones, and has fired American Wrecking for permited demolition. Cathy with C&C Salvage contacted me and said Depple had asked them to perform the required demolition after December 1st. Dave with American Wrecking was not aware of Mr. Depples reported actions. I contacted both demo contractors and told them we were on hold until conference and actions had been discussed with our legal dept..

Conference with Dave Roe @ American wrecking. I informed him that Boise City was going to remove property owners property and that structures should be ready for demo on 11/12/01. I also informed him of an existing gas line that may be capped near meter on structure to be removed. Dave informed me he would call dig line and I left a voice message with Robert @ the gas co., ###-####, to contact me regarding this issue. I also informed Dave that structures were to be completly removed including all building debrie and lot backfilled and graded level. I will contact Dave 11/13/01 after performing field verification that personal property has been removed.
