Talked with tennant, he said they called for final but no one showed up, our records indicat no inspection called for , fire/life safety or structural, Plans are still on site so I told tennant I would schedule fire/life safety inspection for went over some items with him, the framing is now complete as prior c/n to barce top of walls has been done.n7/30/03. 7/30/2003 2:37:38 PM 7/30/2003 2:38:23 PM

Call from Randy, Complete Property management, wanting to know what proceedure to follow to obtain a building permit for tenant remodel within existing tenant space. Removing interior non-bearing walls to make two larger offices, repair / storage area & reception / display/sales area. Can use approved plans from records vault for work within the existing tenant space if not related to f.r. construction. Need to red-line plans to show the scope of work and provide an T.I.application.
