(job #99-1540). elevations incorrect. spoke with ted martinez at front counter just before lunch on 01-18-2001. i will modify plans this time only in order to permit this structure. mr. martinez advises me that he has changed designers. plans still do not comply. missing brg., holdown locations are to be verified, plans are not to scale, floor framing is not complete, nailing schedules need clarification (3 out of 4 are identical), elevations do not match floor plans, various areas of structure do not meet wall bracing and/or are not called out, all beams and headers to be indicated and seperation not met between garage/house area.
