CANNOT APPROVE PLANS YET DO TO FOLLOWING: Talked to Eric Peterson of Cole and Associates. Informed him that plan review item #6 still needed to be addressed in writing to us before we could issue permit. Item on truss engineering would be allowed to be deferred to the inspector as the resubmittal was not adequate (needs actual hvac loading and stamped unaltered truss engineering). Item on medical gas was adequate and the item relative to counter heights would be redlined on the plans prior to our issuing.
