Description	(ONE CAPITAL CENTER - 14TH FLR - REFRIGERATION MACHINERY ROOM) This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered. To replace an existing centrifugal water cooled chiller with a new centrifugal water cooled chiller utilizing Refrigerant 134a. Also, to install a new multiple refrigerant detection/alarm system & interlock it with the existing chiller room mechanical ventilation system. All work is within a refrigeration machinery room located on the 14th floor of One Capital Center. Equipment will be removed and installed, by a helicopter, through an existing curbed roof opening. The use of a helicopter shall comply with all applicable state and national laws. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. Per JCB need to submit plans/application (nothing in Records) for review, create new BLD#, permit fees and plan check fees will be determined upon plan approval (no intake fee). Electrial permit Ele01-00959 was also expired. New Electrical contractor will have to pull permit to get inspection on elecrical work previously done. Mechanical permit Mec01-02469 was completed and final insp passed.
