accepted plans for routing without engineering with the agreement that red-lines and calcs would be submitted before issuance of permit. received one red-lined set with calculations. furthur review indicates problems with beam call-outs, missing footings, posts, re-inforcing, life-safety items, information not be used is still on plans, cantilevered joist calculations and roof frame. have contacted joe wood (designer). expecting phone call later this afternoon to discuss problems..
