(FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH - ADDITION AND REMODEL) This building IS NOT fire sprinklered. To construct a 1,335 square foot basement, 1,335 square foot first floor, and a 1,335 square foot second floor addition to an existing 25,245 square foot church building. The existing building has been placed on a historic register. After the addition the building will have a total floor area of 29,250 square feet (including basement). Work is to include concrete footings and foundations, masonry block walls, brick veneer, concrete floor, wood floors, interior bearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, steel and wood columns, steel and wood beams, an elevator and shaft, and six (6) restrooms accessible to the disabled all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file.
