received stamped memo from AHJ indicating loads accumulated at garage wing wall will be distributed through stem wall and into continuous footing. have red-lined and attached other information to plans. due to the excessive amount of red-lining and that only one stamped foundation plan was submitted, only one approved set of plans will be issued. future submittals will be screened closer for compliance.
