Plans need to be submitted by an Arch. Left message with Murry Gustafson (###-####) about securring a Id. licensed Arch. to stamp and sign plans. The plans submitted are out dated, 1993. Code requires tenant spaces over 1500 sq. ft. to be stamped and signed by Id. licensed Arch. If Mr. Gustafson can get this done quickly I will retain the bld #. If not I will void out permit and wait for him to resubmit the new plans. KMM
