*Q'S BILLIARDS & EATERY* To replace structural trusses & girders damaged by fire per engineering & approved plans; replace floor sheathing and roof sheathing removed as a result of water & fire damage; re-install windows in exterior wall's, except East wall where all openings were infilled with 1-hour construction in 1996 remodel, unless a 3/4 hour listed window assembly is installed; and prepare framing at roof for future 1-hour shaft construction for Type I kitchen hood. No interior finishes or kitchen equipment work covered within the scope of this permit. SEPARATE APPLICATION AND PLANS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR INTERIOR FINISHES FOR ROUTING AND APPROVAL FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE. THERE WILL BE NO OCCUPANCY OR USE ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
