Went out to reveiw approved plans , all areas have been sheetrocked on 1 side and ceilings also rocked, right rear area requires a 1 hour wall separation and a 2 hour ceiling, for containment of stored battery ,the ceiling joist are not per plan also listed assembly requires laminating compoud at the 3 sheetrock layers, The first layer has been painted with a textured seal coating, which will affect the system, 2nd layer has been applied by screws only, advised contractor to contact the architect and engineer.
