there is so much wrong with this plan that wasn't detectible on initial review. part of the problem is mix-matching information from different design people. have contacted Dakota Design, who takes no responsibility, as he was not contracted to redraw entire plan. have spoke to Phyllis at Tradewinds. Ted Martinez is out of town all week. general agreement that Dakota should redraw or whatever to make corrections.
