The scope of work does not effect the existing area, occupancy group, occupant load or exit system. Materials used for framing SHALL be non-combustible W/ fire-resistive cover; finish per Ch. 8 UBC. This building is fully sprinklered. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for this project. drs
