To install non-combustible framing in opening left in common tenant separation wall between this vacant space and existing "Gem State Acoustical Drywall Supply" 1249 Boeing. To cover with 5/8" ,type X, sheetrock to create 1-hour tenant separation wall between tenant per Section 4-02-14, Building Code Amendment, Adding Section 510, Tenant Separation. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION. Application & Plans for new tenant improvement, BLD01-00388 are being circulated for review. Do not do any work for tenant improvement beyond the scope of this permit until plans area approved and a building permit is issued. drs
