Obtained an application from the general contractor and the Evaluation Services Report Number based on the specified manufacture. The system selected ER-4962 is approved to be installed on wood frame construction. The report requires the installer be approved by the Parex, Incorporated, parent company and that installation cards be prepared and provided to the structural inspector as a condition of final inspection and approval for the project.
