Met with Chris Meade. We decided to seperate into two permits. One for the parking lot and one for the T.I. Chris is to call Bill V. to see if he is going to require a plumb. plan for the intior work. Brian M. spoke to Chris about the drainage for the parking lot. Needs to submit a soils report with the O & M manual. I also reminded Chris about drainage calculation. I gave Chris an application and requirements for the Parking lot. Tempra requested that if they met the conditions of their DR and submitted a landscape plan to her and landscape plans with the T.I., she would be able to sign off on the TI plans before signing off the parking lot. I am to let Linda know when to put plan back into pend. status. KMM

Spoke with Chris Meade. He stated civil requirements should be to me by monday 4/16/01 and mech. around 4/20/01. I accepted this time frame as long as he understood that our time frame of 4 to 7 weeks would not start until I received the civil requirements and could start routing plans at that time. KMM

I asked for these items before T.I. and parking lot were going to be seperated into two permits.
Submittal requires 1. Five copies of civil sheets.
2. O&M manual
3. Drainage calculations.
4. Two copies of landscape plans.
Spoke with Mr. Haverfield about above items. He stated they are working on civil and landscape plans. He will let owner know what is need and call me or have them call me back with a time frame. I told Mr. Haverfield we may void permit until above items received (depending on time frame of getting above items to me.) KMM
