Description	(HA' PENNY BRIDGE - SHELL) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To construct uncovered exterior balconies at an existing walkway to accommodate future seating AND to cut 3 new openings in an existing interior concrete bearing/shear wall. The exterior balconies will be constructed of steel channels and steel gratings. The new interior wall openings will have headers and jambs constructed of two (2) 6" X 6" X 3/8" steel angles.
