###-####. posted c/n needs foam seal package,needs plumbing inspection prior to a frame inspection, also left a note to remove siding for verification of shear nailing,also plans indicates nails I see no nails at any exposed osb,also attached engineering of floor straps and h-clips ,connections etc,may need the engineer to verifiy some of the requirements as plans do not show in clarity,But again no frame inspection done at this time just a general FYI. 8/3/2001 10:29:47 AM

have called engineer, architect and builder to discuss problems with plans. shear wall called out at side of powder room (no brg. below), overheight wall engineering, natural light, additional information about shear at front & side of structure, bearing does not align (modify foundation plan), sheet A4.1 (girder left to right?), A4.0 length and bearing location of girder to left of stairs, verify all beam locations. there also may be revisions on beams at rear of stairs (2) 9 1/4" micro-lams 20 ft. long with micro-lam point load (fails). also on sheet A4.0 there are (2) 9 1/4" micro-lams from fireplace to stairs. does this beam pick up roof loads (are trusses multiple bearing at this location?) so far, only the builder has expressed any interest.
