Met with architect on submitted plan. No tenants in this building have Certificates of Occupancy. Also, work has occurred throughout the building without building permits. Architect was going to resubmit plans to issue a Certificate of Occupancy for the whole building and address work done that was not permitted. Also, one tenant space requiring two exits did not have proper exit separation. Plans on hold until new plans are submitted.
