THE FIRST FLOOR IS A SHELL ONLY FOR FUTURE OFFICE AND RETAIL SPACE. THE SECOND FLOOR IS A SHELL ONLY FOR A FUTURE EXERCISE ROOM. FIRST FLOOR: 5,270 SQ. FT., SECOND FLOOR: 5,100 SQ. FT.. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS PHASE FOR OCCUPANCY. THERE IS NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT FOR THE FIRST FLOOR OF PHASE TWO OR FOR PHASE THREE.
