This project is to creat a more pleasing elevation to an existing single family dwelling. work is to include new roof framing of conventional construction, adding two gable dormers; one shed type dormer and moving the rear hip roof to a gable end. This area to be used for storage space only. Seperate permits for any other use are required. there is to be no access to this area other than attic scuttle.
