*SEARS WAREHOUSE & SERVICE CENTER* To construct approximately 25 feet of non-bearing, non-combustible wall from floor to ceiling to reduce the size of the existing lunch room to be less than 750 sq. ft. of usable floor area for purpose of maintianing "B" occupancy classification to allow existing room to have one exit door and the door to swing into the space. The remaining 185 sq. ft. will be used as storage area and connected to the existing store room to the north by relocating and existing door from the lunch room side of wall to the new store room. To add a new 3'-0" x 6'-8" minimum sixe new door from the non-rated corridor that serves the restrooms into the existing store room to the east. To sheetrock new construction; brace walls and finish per plan details. New door hardware and hardware on existing doors serving as access and egress from the lunch room and new areas SHALL be in compliance with accessibility requirements of CABO/ANSI A117.1-92 as regulated by Chapter 11 of the 1997 UBC. The purpose of this permit is to resolve one of the outstanding issues resulting based on inspection to determine requirements to obtain a certificate of occupancy under MIS01-00004 changing the existing "A-3" Lunch Room Occupancy into a "B" (less than 50 occupants) to maintain existing exit situation. All per approved plans, notes theron and attached plan review comments. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. Architect & tenant currently preparing plans for submital and review concerning the high-piled stroage area(s), additional storage areas to determine if there is a need for heat / smoke vents, all as outlined in Article 81 of the 1997 UFC. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance is required as condition of permit final.
