started initial review. structure has 3' sideyard setbacks. openings are not permitted closer than 3'. plans show popout window and eave vents which are not allowed within this area. eave protection will be indicated on plans. returned to planning and zoning (angie) to re-evaluate. re-inforcing is not indicated. after plans come back from zoning, hale development can return these plans to his designer and have this information indicated. no more exceptions with boyer design or any other designers on this re-inforcing information. if its not on the plans, they will be rejected.
