Met with Marsha Smylie to review situation for this plan. The permit cannot be issued until the last thing on friday to comply with CAA01-00145 condition for appeal period which ends at 5pm on June 22, 2001, Friday. I ask that she prepare the permit but note that it is not to be issued until 4:55 p.m. I told Curtis Prater of Nextell Partners that this would be the soonest time they could pick the permit up. Marsha said to put a note on the plan and give to her as she will be here tommorrow and will take care of it.

Met with Jerry Davis & Curtis Prater to again review what was needed in the way of submittals. Have received the plan approval & insignia numbers from the state of Idaho for the building review as pre-manufactured unit. Mr. Prater said he would submit plans on the 19th.

Met with Jerry Davis to review plans necessary for issuance of a permit for the foundation. Need two copies of plans with architects stamp and evidence that the State of Idaho has reviewed and approved the plans for the structure as a pre-manufactured building. An application and certificate of value is needed to cover the costs of the monolithic foundation and the electrical that connects to the self contained unit. Jerry said he would bring in Monday the 18th.
