*ANSER CHARTER SCHOOL - W/I BRONCO ELITE COMPLEX* Within the South side 22,248 s.f portion of building, to close off approximately 40 feet of opening in the upper portion of wall between the upper level running track and rooms 111 & 112 , 800 s.f. each, by installing non-combustible framing with sheetrock cover both sides; to finish and paint wall. To balance HVAC to provide outside air requirements to new closed off rooms. NO OTHER WORK IS ALLOWED OR COVERED UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered. FIELD REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE EXISTING SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND ALARM/STROBE'S BY THE FIRE CODE FIELD INSPECTOR, RICK JACKSON, IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY THE REQUIRED PROTECTION PER NFPA 13 & 1997 UFC IS MAINTAINED AS A CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for this project as evidence of final inspections and approval per City of Boise ordinance. PC#01-508/drs

Researched history of facility for the use change to include Anser Charter School. This was done in June, 1999 W/ C.O. #8154 issued 3/7/00 under BLD99-01697. The occupancy use Groups became A-3 / E-1; Construction Type was Changed from III-N to II-N on School side & V-N on other side with 2-hour area seaparation wall between the two construction types.

Met with Earl Gafford, Gafford Construction to review the scope of work proposed. Work involves enclosing openings within existing walls at the upper level between the running track and the rooms 111 & 112 to be used as principle's office & computer / library room. Will issue as quick permit using previously approved plans from records vault with red-line notation as to location & scope of work. Reviewed scope of work with Sam Rogers, fire code analyst. Scope of work should not require any changes to the sprinkler or alarm system and this can be verified in the filed and corrections made if needed.
