To remove existing roof covering to wood deck; to structurally modify the four corners of the existing room area by constructing a reinforced, raised corner section to bring into line with existing roof structure; to install new Monier "Lifetile" concrete tile roof covering over the entire roof structure; to modify the exterior perimeter soffit & supporting column structure to carry the new roof loads and upgrade fire-resistive construction to meet 1-hour code requirements and to add slump block with concrete cap around columns. All per approved plans, engineering and 'Letter of Agreement" for Phase II-A. This facility was previously occupied as a full service bar & restaurant for the majority of the area and two smaller office spaces along the west side at the court area. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE OR DECLARE ANY OCCUPANCY OR USE. Further upgrades will be done as a condition of each tenant improvement before any occupancy is allowed or before next May 30, 2002 per agreement, whichever is first.
