(RENEWAL FURNITURE - BASEMENT STORAGE) This building is fire sprinklered because of low fire flows and insufficient perimeter basement openings. To construct a 2,707 square foot storage area within the basement of an existing building. The storage area will be used by an existing first floor retail sales tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a new stairway, interior doors, a chain link enclosure, and finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
