8-31-2004 Discussion with Karen Gallagher. Permit applicant notified Karen that they had decided not to proceed with variance. Variance process was the only thing that was keeping permit from being expired. Because the Department needs a site plan showing placement of the pool and a grading permit and the age of the permit, this permit is expired and the applicant will be required to take out a new permit to fix the pool and correct the placement of it on the property. jlg.
