To remodel the 2,448 sq. ft. area by constructing interior, non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create exam, office, procedure, consulting, waiting, reception and support / work rooms for medical offices; two new fully accessible restrooms; new suspended grid ceiling system; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarms system upgrades to meet tenants needs and comply with applicable adopted codes; install new rated 20 minute door assembly and 3/4 hour rated sidelite in existing 1-hour corridor and new interior finishes. All per approved plans, to include red-line notes & attached plan review comments as part thereof. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. A"CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY" IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NEW TENANT AS A CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT. PC#01-684/drs
