Met with Tricia Callies to review the proposed modifications within an existing 650 sq. ft. tenant space for purpose of obtaining a permit and issuance of a certificate of occupancy for said new tenant when scope of work is complete. Tricia will provide two copies of plans from records vault an red-line in wall modifcations to show scope of proposed work and the dimensions of the rooms. Gave her the T.I. application to complete and return.
