Grading has not been completed according to the approved plan. Substantial changes have been made which may not be able to be approved because a maximum of 3 feet of fill is allowed in this subdivision. A revised grading plan must be submitted for review. Also, downspouts, connection of roof drains to the stormdrain, and revegetation of this lot and the lots on either side must be completed. A $3000.00 bond is required.
