Posted c/n. Note: This structure is 494 sq ft and will be insulated and completly drywalled on the inside, and only has 13 percent of floor area in window openings. This proposed structure is designed no different than any typical R-3 addition. NOTE, This is an addition of a frost depth mono pouer slab approx 8 foot ext,onto an existing slab with no footing as shown on approved plans this area can not be used as heated habitible space .Existing slab should have been required to have a frost depth footing as it supports a trussed roofed screen room with ceiling fans shown on plans and plan also indicates room to be used year round ?
