Plans have been resubmited to the office work is being trimed back for cost reasons, the work to day is a short stem wall at the front of building which will have a glass curtain wall above to existing roof which support of roof is not affected, this will be new floor area of non-bearing walls. The resubmitals have not yet been approved I have advised the contractor that work is subject to approval by our office , proceed at your own risk. Design Review condition of approval #1a states that site design work was not identified on the submitted D.R. plans, and that none was approved.
