ALICE BLAKE, M.D., MEDICAL OFFICE) To perform selective demolition & remodel of an existing 4,094 sq. ft. office building by constructing a tenant separation wall to create a new 2,468 sq. ft. medical office tenant space, leaving a 1,626 sq. ft. area for future tenant development that will require separate submittals for approvals & permits. All per approved plans on file. Work to include construction of interior non-bearing walls to create exam rooms; treatment room; storage; offices & support areas. To provide two fully compliant accessible restrooms, a waiting area & reception area. To modify three trusses and add support structure for new rooftop pyramid skylight over waiting area per engineering details. To upgrade electrical, plumbing, mechanical & interior finishes to meet tenant neeeds and provide code compliance. TO MODIFY AS NECESSARY, OPENING PROTECTION AT DOOR, WINDOW & VENTS ALONG THE EAST WALL DUE TO PROXIMITY TO PROPERTY LINE WITH LISTED 45 MINUTE OR GREATER LISTED ASSEMBLIES. Call from Julia Davis checking on plan review progress. Plans went to plumbing on 11/01/01 with the new plumbing sheets submitted on 10/29/01. After plumbing eview is complete, the plans will route back to PW for second review. First review failed because plumbing fixture were not shown but are indicated on the 10/29 drawings. Plans are open on the plumbing inspectors desk but and looks like the next plan to be reviewed. I will check with plumbing inspector when he comes in and then call Julia if there are problems.
