To expand an existing 16,000 square foot retail sales tenant space into an adjacent 9,900 square foot area. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of 25,900 square feet. The demolition of an existing nonbearing wall is covered under this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, suspended ceilings, and closing openings in a 2-hr area separation wall all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
