Description	EXISTING BMC WEST TENANT SPACE MODIFICATION Within the existing BMC WEST open office area, add approximately 22 feet of non-combustible, non-bearing wall with sheetrock covering to creat a new 115 sq. ft. private office. To relocate an existing door / frame system to opposite wall within existing private office; add a new 3'-0" x 6'-8" door / frame assembly for the new office and a new sidelight (safety glass). Door hardware to comply with sections 1003.3.1.8 UBC & 4.13, CABO/ANSI A117.1-92, for exiting and accessiblity. Upgrade electrical, mechanical & sprinkler systems for tenant needs and code compliance. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. Reviewed scope of work with Bill Alexander, fire code analsyt for sprinkler system to be sure the permit could be issued and the fire sprinkler requirements can be determined by the fire code field inspector. Red-lined on the copies of previously aproved plans, the location of the new office; locations of door systems and the new sidelight and the appropriate details of construction that will apply to this project scope from the original plans for BLD00-02095 for BMC West.
