1. 2. Under the General Notes it states Mechanical and Plumbing will be design built using current UMC/UPC.
3. Left message with Trent Koci about storage of dairy products, is there refrigeration units? Is this going to be sold to retail? Also, we do not design build mechanical/plumbing and the plan reviewer might require mechanical/plumbing drawings.
4. Tried to reach CDHD about storage of dairy products, left message with Carol about this.
5. Received call from Trent Koci, this is a storage facility for the cardboard/plastic (packing materials) for dairy products. I faxed the Tenant Improvement Permit Application to Trent to make appropiate corrections and to fax back.
