Description	(WORLD SPORTS HUMANITARIAN HALL OF FAME) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To create a 9,100 square foot museum with assembly space in the basement of the "9th Street Warehouses". This space was formerly occupied by "Faust Furniture". Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a one-way 1-hr egress corridor, interior doors and windows, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The capacity of this tenant space (512) shall be posted on an approved sign near an exit. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC01-0859 CJW (1-3-02) APPROVED REDESIGN OF THE EXITING SYSTEM. SEE RESUBMITTED SHEET 2 OF 2.
