This tenant also needs to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. Field inspector to perform a fire, life-safety walk through. Work to include a few new interior walls, a few new interior doors, one new interior window, interior finish, some suspended ceiling work, some accessible upgrade work, mechanical work, and electrical work. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. (PC#0867-01) JCB (3/21/2002) NOTE: Changes to approved plans to be field approved. Changing existing 1-hr. corridor into a non-rated hallway on second floor, one 1-hr. stair wall to be moved, and some doors/windows to be removed. Additional ADDENDUM SHEETS provided and forwarded to inspector.
