There is also a patio cover over the front of the lower level to be built. The upper level is framed using conventional framing methods. The new upper wall to existing roof connection is detailed on plans along with new upper wall to lower existing wall including the cripple wall installed to extend lower wall. All per the approved plans as marked and details or provide engineering and calculations/detaild to the building inspector at the framing inspection. pep
