Unless otherwise approved by the Boise City Fire Department all lots shall be fitted with a 13D modified sprinkler system, including sprinkler barrier protection between garage and dwelling, according to their listing requirements. I went back for a reinspection in the afternoon and not all of the issues were taken care of. The sprinkler pipe in the bonus room now has no insulation and the pipe in the main entrance way is concealed by insulation, it must be exposed
