these plans took so long to review because the arch. told me he would have the engineer call to answer questions and it took a week and a half, after my discussion with the engineer- move the icw r.p. to the main floor level over a 4" floor sink by the chillers, install a 1/2" r.p. in the basement over one of the sumps for the humidifiers. the sump pumps will have a gate or ball valve and check valve at the pumps. the chiller drain will not be directly connected to the sanitary sewer. floor sinks are to be trapped and vented.
