Description	(AARON BROTHERS ART & FRAMING - SCISSOR LIFT) To install a scissor lift in the parking lot on the West side of an existing tenant space. The lift will be used for unloading and/or loading products into trucks. Work is to include a concrete pit drained to the existing storm water system, pipe bollards, concrete sidewalk, and power supply all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. In addition to all State and local codes, the lift shall comply with all applicable ANSI and OSHA standards.
